Terms of Service

Evwala (Pty) Ltd — Effective 1 May 2026

1. The service

Evwala provides travel eSIM data bundles ordered via WhatsApp. By messaging us and completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a device that supports eSIM installation to use the service.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (Euro). Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured. We will send your eSIM installation link via WhatsApp within 60 seconds of confirmation.

4. Refunds

If your eSIM fails to connect at the destination covered by your bundle, you are entitled to a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp to initiate a refund request. Refunds are not available for bundles that have successfully activated.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, resale, or automated ordering without prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evwala’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific bundle giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email where we hold your contact details. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
